What is a flay lay?

Since joining the running community I love learning things about the culture. For non runners its just a picture of your race gear to share on social.

What I have learned though is, it makes race morning easier (its already together). Increased my excitement for the race. It's also part of a pre race ritual.

The best part about flat lays? It gives you a reason to bond within the community. 💕 💕 💕 💕 💕
